Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, NJ is seeking a visible, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house dining and our juice bar. You will own the guest-facing dining experience while partnering with the Executive Chef who runs the kitchen.

You will train and coach the Server team, ensure service flow, oversee POS accuracy, revenue and labor, and plan events for members and visiting chefs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required as we build a brand-new wellness destination.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality supervisory or management experience.
• Strong guest-service and service-recovery skills.
• Scheduling and POS experience.
• Upscale, wellness-oriented or pre-opening experience preferred.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train and coach the Server team.
• Keep the dining room guest-ready and service flowing.
• Teach menu and wellness-ingredient knowledge, and natural, low-pressure recommendations.
• Oversee POS accuracy, revenue, labor and front-of-house inventory.
• Plan and deliver service for member events, private events and visiting-chef dinners.
