Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee guest services associates and ensure guest needs are met promptly and warmly. This role partners with the General Manager to manage scheduling, budgets and brand compliance across front desk operations.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence, with the ability to handle guest issues professionally and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year supervising (3 associates) per the prerequisites.
• Two years’ experience in service industry.
• Ability to multitask and communicate professionally with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and develop the most qualified team members.
• Analyze guest feedback and improve overall rating.
• Manage scheduling, payroll and inventories within budget.
• Ensure safety, security and brand policy compliance.
