Job summary

Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation seeks a front office supervisor to coordinate hospitality operations, resolve guest issues, and oversee staff and training. The role supports Steamboat Resorts hospitality division and ensures smooth reservation, guest services, and concierge functions year-round.

Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent, strong communication, math, and software skills; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; management experience acceptable.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials; write reports and manuals.
• Strong numerical and algebraic skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Reservations and Spreadsheet software; FRS preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Understand TRACK reservation system and perform daily duties and training.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure guest and owner services; assist as needed.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; enforce policies and safety procedures.
• Develop training procedures to ensure health and safety, onboarding and ongoing development.
• Create efficient guest-service processes and address guest inquiries and concierge services.
