Position Overview
The Guest Experience Manager position is critical to the success of Fooda’s largest customers. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our largest Enterprise Clients.

- Prior experience in large food service or enterprise catering is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in addition to three to four years of relevant experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of a single-unit location with multiple service areas, ensuring the "Service Experience" of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers.
- Monitoring the setup, restocking, and breakdown of foodservice areas daily.
- Overseeing daily arrival and setup of all restaurant events, maintaining Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation.
- Coordinating and overseeing internal catering events at client locations.
- Establishing and maintaining effective client and customer rapport to determine catering needs.
- Maintaining budget related to food, beverage, and labor.
- Negotiating new menus with restaurant partners for special requests.
- Recruiting, scheduling, and training catering staff at client locations.
- Overseeing setup and cleanup of all catering events, including non-Fooda events.
- Ensuring all catering events comply with government and agency standards, including safety and health regulations.
- Weekly accounting responsibilities and accurate entry into Fooda systems.
- Escalating issues to the Director when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve.
- Participating in ongoing program enhancement.

The salary range for this role is between $65,000-$75,000 and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
