Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection’s Santa Fe property is seeking a Lodge Host (Front Desk Agent) to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for an exceptional stay. You will manage arrivals, check-ins, and inquiries with a hospitality mindset at our iconic Santa Fe lodge.

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle reservations, communicate guest needs, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service from arrival through departure.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skill.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle room reservations, confirm guest information, assign rooms, and communicate special requests to relevant departments.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
• Deliver prompt and professional guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately, including cash handling and coordination with accounting.
• Serve as a central communication point between guests and hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and transactions.
