Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and customer-focused. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and support daily operations.

This role requires standing on the floor, coaching Crews, and contributing to food safety and cash handling policies. Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred and opportunities for growth are strong.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and routine administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply management.
