Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and ensure procedures are followed while assisting other tasks when needed.

The role involves monitoring breaks, shifts, and line schedules; developing front-of-house staff; and supporting office duties. Restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are ordered.
