Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and an excellent customer experience. You will keep the line organized, train crew, and assist with shift scheduling and office tasks.

The role emphasizes leadership development and maintaining food safety standards. You will work closely with restaurant teams to resolve incidents, monitor operations, and develop future Service Leaders while upholding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in; assist others when not busy.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and maintain supplies.
