Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering safe, quality food and by training the restaurant crew. You will keep the line clean and efficient, monitor line equipment, and step in when busy to support tasks and smooth operations.

You will develop front-of-house staff, assist with crew performance reviews, and help with office duties while maintaining a quality, guest-focused environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor line time, temperatures, and daily safety checklists.
• Address customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office administration and equipment/supplies management.
