Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained to provide excellent service. You will keep a clean, organized line and ensure equipment functions properly.

This role requires being on your feet during shifts, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders and participate in office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in order and stocked.
