Job summary

Texas Card House in Irving, Texas, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to elevate the guest experience across the facility. You will lead front-of-house teams, coach staff, and ensure service standards are executed with hospitality and professionalism.

You will collaborate with Poker Operations, Culinary, and Club Leadership, manage shifts, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, restaurant, casino, or front-of-house management.
• Experience leading hourly service teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Casino or poker experience preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work with kitchen leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Must hold current TABC and Food Handler’s certifications or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with exceptional guest service at all times.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and coach to standards.
• Monitor operations, ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Coordinate with Poker Operations, Culinary, Security, and Management.
• Assist with staffing coverage, shift execution, and trainings.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism.
