Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our Olympia, WA center in person. You will greet guests, drive sales, promote services and educate customers on our product line, while mentoring newer team members and supporting front-desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
