• Collaborate with the team to hit sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise features, benefits and pricing.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized and attractive.
• Keep the store clean, neat and well-maintained.
• Process transactions accurately using a POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments and inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled and remain flexible to business needs.
