Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2+ years cashier/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Lead cashier tasks like chat/ins and out; assist with schedules.
• Pair guests with associates for product demonstrations.
• Book services and in-store events to support sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashwrap and displays.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and return/exchange handling.
