Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of Chick-fil-A standards and procedures.
• Coach team members and leaders on FOH systems and proper execution.
• Own guest care and recovery, and support upselling efforts.
• Communicate clearly with the Director of Guest Experience and FOH team members.
• Develop weekly or monthly plans to ensure duties are performed timely and effectively.
• Use data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in guest care.
