Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader in Lynnfield, MA. You will hire, train, and develop a diverse team to create authentic relationships with guests and drive sales while meeting guest-experience goals.

You will lead service excellence, coach staff, and manage a Mission Monday initiative to benefit local communities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a minimum of 40 hours weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year Retail or Hospitality Management experience.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
