Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead the Front-of-House with warmth and strong team leadership. You will recruit and mentor team members, oversee human and financial resources, and strive to deliver a pleasurable dining experience while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role involves stepping in for the GM and Kitchen Manager as needed, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction across a high-volume casual dining setting.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ management experience in operations in a high-volume, casual dining, or family-style restaurant.
• Education and/or experience normally associated with completion of a degree program in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front-of-House hospitality by creating a warm and positive environment.
• Select friendly and talented Co-workers and manage the Front-of-House team.
• Direct human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation and dining experience."makes pleasurable dining affordable".
• Oversee restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain food quality, production, safety, and labor standards.
