Job summary

Golden Corral franchise is seeking an energetic Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations, create a warm environment, and recruit talented Co-workers. You will guide human and financial resources to ensure profitability while delivering an excellent dining experience that converts guests into loyal customers.

Responsibilities include managing food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the G.M. and Kitchen Manager, with an emphasis on teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Education and training typical of college coursework in business or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House and lead the team to a profitable operation.
• Oversee restaurant operations in absence of General Manager and Kitchen Manager, including food quality, safety, and labor.
• Recruit, select, and develop Co-workers to deliver a positive dining experience that earns loyal guests.
