This role is vital in supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and training Team Members. The Supervisor will lead service, coach staff, and maintain food quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong background in food preparation and safety protocols. The position requires a commitment to hospitality and the ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Culinary school or equivalent restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the language(s) used in the work location.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen equipment, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
