Pyramid Global Hospitality's Hotel Fraye Nashville, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team in a lively Midtown setting. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have hotel or resort experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a customer‑centered, outgoing personality.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests.
• Check guests in with proper credit and notes.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery.
• Supervise daily shift processes and SOPs.
• Pre-assign rooms including VIPs and special requests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Train and coach front desk staff.
• Maintain Sundries shop inventory and ordering.
• Train new Front Desk Agents to provide service excellence.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Know emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Report information to manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
