Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, organized line with functional equipment and guide a trained restaurant crew on service standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, shift coordination, and training responsibilities to develop future Service Leaders while ensuring compliance with safety and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Helping monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties and supplies.
