You will mentor teammates, foster an inclusive, energetic environment, and ensure store readiness. The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and the ability to travel as needed; shifts vary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the shop floor and educate customers on products.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and support store leadership to meet sales targets.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
• Maintain store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
