Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance toward daily sales targets and guiding team members on performance and development.

The role involves supervising on the floor, opening/closing the store, and contributing to a respectful, inclusive environment. Prior retail leadership and guest service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience including resolving guest concerns.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others is a plus.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional, inclusive guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Oversee daily store operations and open/close procedures.
• Review daily metrics and help the team achieve sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of team members.
