lululemon is seeking an Educator for our Boise store to deliver world-class guest service and product education. You will engage with guests, understand needs, and explain product benefits while supporting seamless in-store and omnichannel experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and maintaining a premium store environment, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a great guest experience by engaging with guests and understanding needs.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store) and accurate transactions.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and maintain store presentation.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address concerns.
