Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Boise, ID is seeking Educator candidates to deliver world-class guest service and share top-quality product education in our retail stores. You will engage guests authentically and help them connect with our community and culture.

As a foundational role, you will influence guest experiences across on-floor interactions, merchandising, and store operations while upholding our inclusive, energetic brand. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless guest experience with accurate, timely transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move around the floor to engage with guests and store needs; address guest feedback with store leadership.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation, restock, use in-store technology, maintain a luxury store environment, and follow safety policies.
