Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Biltmore Fashion Park is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive exceptional in-store experiences by coaching the team on technical product education and guest engagement. You will lead from the floor, support hiring and onboarding, and monitor daily metrics to meet sales goals.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts and a focus on inclusivity and teamwork. You will mentor staff, provide on-the-job training, and act as supervisor on duty to ensure operational

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate value of lululemon products.
• Assist in hiring decisions, onboarding and training of store team members.
• Review daily metrics and drive sales targets through team performance.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members to support development and performance.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment with strong collaboration.
