Traditions Hospitality Group's Golden Mesa Casino Hotel in Guymon, OK is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee all guest interactions and experiences, leading front desk, concierge, and bell staff to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and monitoring guest feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
• Must be able to obtain Gaming license (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the guest services team, including front desk staff, concierge, and bell services, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, resolving guest issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their overall experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide recommendations and assistance to guests.
