Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail, delivering top-line sales growth and an exceptional guest experience in our Myrtle Beach stores.

You will attract, hire, and coach stylists and guest coordinators, manage payroll budgets, schedules, and compliance; stay current on trends, perform makeup applications, and build lasting guest relationships to drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.
• Retail management: proven ability with inventory, service culture, and merchandising directives.
• Leadership: experience attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and communicate needs to the GM to maximize productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs, tools, and resources.
• Support direct reports in developing and maintaining their clientele.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services and educate guests about ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain prompt attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
