Job summary

Thrillz Atlanta is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. This hands-on leadership role involves coaching Team Members, scheduling, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience across attractions, café, arcade, and event spaces.

You'll work with the leadership team to optimize operations, manage birthday parties and group bookings, and uphold safety and presentation standards while delivering memorable experiences for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leader with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and labor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations of attractions, admissions, café, arcade, and party rooms.
• Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage.
• Manage birthday parties and group events to stay on schedule.
• Ensure safety procedures and cleanliness across the facility.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Support Lead Managers and collaborate with the management team.
