Job summary

Thrillhouse at Oasis is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, family-friendly entertainment center. Qualifications

• 3+ to 5 years of management experience in hospitality, fast-casual concepts, or large-scale entertainment venues.
• Strong operational knowledge and team-building capabilities.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and frontline leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: supervise daily openings/closings, inventory control, cash handling, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth operations of rides, games, dining, and attractions.
• Team Leadership: assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, and training of floor staff and supervisors.
• Guest Experience: lead floor operations, handle guest escalations, coordinate group bookings or private events.
• Financial Performance: work with GM to reach revenue targets, monitor labor costs, and drive growth initiatives.
