Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred).
• 1–2 years in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant; management experience preferred.
• People-first leadership with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L basics and impact on profitability.
• Confident in supporting teams, solving problems, and making decisions during busy shifts.
• Commitment to welcoming guest experiences and Tim Hortons standards.

Responsabilités

• Build and coach the team—Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members—providing feedback and growth opportunities.
• Deliver guest experiences with fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Support operations by maintaining brand standards and ensuring efficient, accurate execution.
• Help manage profitability by overseeing inventory, orders, assets, and cash control procedures.
