Qualifications

• Frequent reaching above waist, chest, and shoulder level; continuous manual dexterity
• Standing for long periods on tiled surfaces
• Occasional lifting of supplies and milk crates (5–30 lbs)
• Exposure to cold and hot temperatures in walk-in fridges and ovens

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurant operations to meet Tim Hortons standards for people, product, cleanliness and guest experience
• Ensure proper scheduling and floor leadership coverage during busy periods
• Resolves guest complaints and maintains high guest satisfaction
• Assist in enforcing operating procedures and supporting company incentive programs
• Support Manager to drive sales growth and profitability
