Altar’d State is seeking a Guest Lead at our Kansas City location to drive exceptional guest service and maintain compelling visual presentations. You will mentor associates, support store goals, and ensure operational compliance while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
