Altar’d State is seeking a Guest Lead to drive exceptional guest experiences, maintain visual standards, and mentor associates in a fast-paced women’s fashion environment. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will lead opening/closing, support merchandising, and uphold the brand's standards of service and conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks which could require prolonged standing, kneeling and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Adheres to guest service standards.
• Coaches associates on guest interactions and performance.
• Maintains clean and presentable store environment.
• Assists in merchandising and window displays.
• Represents brand by adhering to dress and grooming standards.
• Performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Supports loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Leads during on-duty shifts as needed.
