Job summary

Duck Donuts Flemington is seeking a motivated, upbeat team member who will deliver exceptional guest service while guiding others to do the same. You will take initiative to solve problems, interact with guests, and model Duck Donuts’ standards during every shift.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, following recipes and safety procedures, delegating tasks, and supporting managers with promotions and policy updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in foodservice, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Energetic and goal-oriented personality with a proven ability to lead others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences through coaching and leading the team.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
• Delegate tasks and model initiative to complete duties and prep work.
• Assist managers with promotions, training initiatives, and policy updates.
• Communicate concerns to management and help implement improvement plans.
• Manage cash intake and deposits and perform cash handling functions.
