Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Raleigh, NC to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role includes keeping a clean, organized line and training the restaurant crew to deliver great service.

Responsibilities involve monitoring line times, assisting with breaks and shifts, and supporting office tasks as needed. This position requires restaurant experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Be able to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks and shift changes as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and participate in performance reviews.
