Job summary

Altar'd State is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand with 130+ locations in 40 states, inviting guests into a sanctuary of beauty, giving back through Mission Mondays, and partnerships that fund schools in Peru. We seek a Guest Lead to deliver exceptional service, guide store activities, develop associates, and ensure operational excellence at Summit Mall, Akron.

The role reports to Store Leadership and emphasizes guest satisfaction, visual presentation, and adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and guest satisfaction focus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop store team members.
• Strong communication and training skills to uplift associates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
• Adhere to guest service standards and brand guidelines.
• Act as a positive role model and coach teammates on interactions.
• Demonstrate accountability and drive results.
• Embrace feedback and lead through change.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Assist in merchandising and window displays.
• Represent the brand through grooming and dress standards.
• Run opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Support loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Participate in walk-throughs and communicate outcomes.
• Serve as leader on duty when needed.
