Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead for Altar'd State in Cincinnati to deliver outstanding guest service and lead daily store operations. You will coach associates, maintain visual presentations, and ensure compliance with policies while driving sales and engagement.

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead will model our service standards, develop team members, and oversee opening/closing procedures, loss prevention, and merchandising execution at a busy retail location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Adheres to guest service standards.
• Coaches associates on guest interactions and performance.
