Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Part Time Guest Lead in Akron, OH. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will drive guest service standards, support visual merchandising, and coach team members to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

You will participate in opening/closing routines, maintain store presentation, and uphold loss-prevention policies while representing the brand with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, climbing stairs, and lifting 30 pounds regularly.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
