Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead at our Tyson's Corner location in Tysons, VA. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain compelling visual presentations, and coach associates to meet store goals.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. The Guest Lead will participate in opening/closing procedures, adhere to loss prevention policies, and support merchandising efforts

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting; lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Adhere to guest service standards and act as a positive role model.
Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize strong performance.
Demonstrate accountability and ownership of behaviors and results; embrace feedback to drive change.
Maintain a clean, presentable store environment and support merchandising/window displays.
Lead opening/closing procedures and adherence to loss prevention policies.
Act as leader on duty as needed and represent the brand with proper dress and grooming.
