Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead to drive exceptional guest service, visual presentation, and team development in a Tysons, VA location. You will model the brand, coach associates, and ensure store standards are consistently met.

Reporting to store leadership, you will lead opening/closing, reinforce loss prevention, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop store associates.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
