Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Retail and Attractions Supervisor who will lead daily operations of gift shops, arcade, and attractions, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction while driving profitability. You will coach pack members, manage schedules, and partner with lodge leadership on performance and guest service initiatives, with emphasis on engagement and quality. This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail and attractions operations to uphold standards.
• Coach and recognize pack members regularly.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance management.
• Respond to guest questions and escalate feedback.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and labor forecasting.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and provide real-time feedback.
