Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead daily front desk and lodge operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will coach a team of Guest Service Pack Members, manage scheduling and labor, respond to guest concerns, and help drive loyalty through friendly, efficient service. A flexible schedule and commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year front desk/rooms division experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Excel/Word/Outlook proficiency.
• Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention and team building skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily front office operations to ensure safety and service standards.
• Ensures daily check-in standards and operational efficiencies.
• Coaches, encourages, and recognizes Pack Members regularly.
• Partners with leadership in performance management of department and staff.
• Responds to guest concerns and escalates feedback as appropriate.
• Schedules staff and forecasts labor requirements.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of guest service team.
• Maintains safe facility and adheres to regulations.
