Job summary

Five Below in Danbury, CT is seeking an hourly store leader to wow customers and drive performance. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, lead front-end operations, and partner with the store manager to recruit, coach and supervise team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• College experience preferred; High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store upkeep.
• Participate in recruitment, coaching and supervision of crew members.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery initiatives.
