Responsibilities

• Provide enlightened welcome and transition guests from outside chaos to a calm, hospitality-forward environment.
• Manage check-in/out and billing with precision to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate bookings and inquiries via phone and email with warmth and accuracy.
• Monitor and restock guest amenities; uphold premium cleanliness and readiness.
• Educate guests on Sauna House offerings, benefits of sauna, cold therapy, and massage.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shift information flow between desk, floor, and practitioners.
