Job summary

Sauna House Austin North Loop is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy location, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safe, profitable operations. You’ll own scheduling, coaching, and daily P&L responsibilities, and act as the face of the brand in the local community.

We’re looking for 3+ years of leadership in hospitality or related fields, strong communication, and a hospitality-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, restaurant, or another customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Experience managing financial performance and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team—setting every member up to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Own scheduling, performance reviews, and HR matters with fairness and consistency.
• Act as chief culture officer, driving team alignment with Sauna House mission and values.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-maintained facility at all times.
• Own the location's P&L—driving top-line revenue while managing labor and expenses.
• Monitor KPIs daily and lead weekly financial reviews with ownership.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement to drive guest traffic.
