Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, restaurant, or another customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams for peak performance.
• Experience managing financial performance and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team — set up for top-tier hospitality.
• Own scheduling, performance reviews, and HR matters with fairness and consistency.
• Act as chief culture officer, aligning team with Sauna House mission and values.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility at all times.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, vendors, and inventory management.
• Drive location P&L, labor control, and monthly financial reviews.
• Lead local marketing, community engagement, and partnerships.
