• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet guests with a smile.
• Sell and explain ModWash packages and unlimited memberships.
• Guide guests through package options and memberships.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and maintain site standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and assist with safety and productivity.
• Support team to meet sales goals and improve the business.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable; comply with policies.
