ModWash in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a motivated Guest Experience Associate to join our team. You will educate customers on our membership options, present packages, and help guests choose the best plan while delivering friendly, high-energy service.

This role combines customer service with sales, requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and offers base pay plus monthly commission, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented

Responsibilities

Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
