Job summary

ModWash in Greenville, NC is seeking a Guest Experience Associate (Part-Time) to drive membership sales and deliver a legendary car wash experience. You will engage customers, explain membership options, and help guests choose the best package.

The role requires excellent customer service, an outgoing personality, and availability evenings/weekends. You'll work with a team to hit sales goals while ensuring a clean, welcoming location. Paid training provided; benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for serving others and delivering excellent service.
• Outstanding customer service skills; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
